Julie Lohre’s Bikini & Figure Contest Prep Camp is specifically for women that want to learn what it takes to become a top Figure or Bikini Competitor.  Whether you are preparing for a big show or simply wanting to find out what the competitions are all about, this is the positive, motivational experience you have been looking for! Practice, learn and prepare to bring the best you to stage.  This camp will help you QUICKLY become the best competitor possible!

Figure & Bikini Contest Prep Camp

This is a FULL Mock Competition at a local theater to be sure you know exactly what to expect the day of your show.

•    Stage Poise & Presentation

•    Posing Clinics

•    What the judges are looking for and the difference between contest divisions!

•    Makeup for Stage & Contest Tanning

•    T Walk & Model Walk

•    Dress rehersal so you go through an entire show on stage in a non-competitive, learning atmosphere!

•    …Lots of fun and MOTIVATION!!!

Like I said at camp, there are not fitness communities like yours anywhere around me. You made me feel not only welcomed but also encouraged me in way you don’t even know. Camp was a unique experience and quite an eye opener for me.  I have a greater respect for all the women who dedicate so much time and energy to the competitive sport of bodybuilding.  However, I was most impressed to witness the encouragement and support the women gave to one another.  Your energy radiates in the room and translates to the people around you.  I understand why you have been so successful.

JULIE!!!  THANK YOU for an awesome event – yet again…you are on the forefront of this field and it is so great that you get to do something that you love every day…I didn’t get a chance to say how appreciative I am that you foster a friendly, supportive, collegial environment during this prep as well as behind the scenes during actual events…so many “coaches” out there are only supportive to “their” girls and tend to be unfriendly to the girls on the “outside.” Again, thank you so much for an awesome day!

Thank you for all your advice and help this weekend. I learned a lot from the camp and I feel much more comfortable on stage. I can’t wait for my competition! It was an amazing experience, and while I thought I was going to be super self-conscious, awkward and embarrassed, (since this is my first go-around) I wasn’t. I felt very comfortable and supported. I just wanted to tell you how much your Mock Comp and posing clinic helped me.  I placed 3rd in Women’s Open Figure C at the NPC Monster Mash, and felt like a pro the whole time I was on stage.  Your coaching gave me so much confidence and made me a better athlete.  Thank you so very much; I really owe a large part of my success to you.  As you know, you can have the best physique in the world, but if you don’t know how to present it, then forget about it.  My husband said my stage presence was wonderful and my professionalism stood out among the rest. . .
