FITBODY News Online Fitness Magazine for Women – Transformation Issue
Over the years in my Online Personal Training Program, my Online Contest Prep Program and my FITBODY Contest Prep Team Program I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of incredible women. With this 9th edition of the FITBODY News I want to highlight some of the transformations that make me so incredibly proud. My favorite part… these are not just 12 week before and afters where the women gain back all the weight they have lost in the months after. These women worked hard and have MAINTAINED their results! Often, I highlight stories about women during their training programs with me. However, my goal for every women I work with is that eventually, they will take what they have learned in our time together and forge out on their own as a lifelong FITBODY success story. Laura Perez, a 32 year old teacher out of Miami, did not allow a language barrier to stand between her and her dreams! Even though she speaks Spanish and I speak English, we made it happen.
At her heaviest, Michelle Burke was 215 lbs and unhappy. Today she feels strong and beautiful and has made the transition to feeling excited about gaining weight (muscle)! I am thrilled to share more about this incredible woman and how Michelle Burke makes fit happen!

At first I was skeptic of online training. I wasn’t sure if I’d have the motivation required to really push myself, on my own in the gym. With Julie, she provides the motivation, support, and inspiration to obtaining your goals. The workouts and meals are flexible, so not getting stuck with the same thing is a relief. It’s easier to stick to, and follow. I plan to continue working with Julie for a long time. It’s the best decision I’ve made for my health!
