This advanced ab exercise begins in a plank position. From there, lower your upper body down from your hand onto one elbow. Follow with the other elbow down so that you are in a plank with both elbows. Then walk your hands up one at a time, back to a plank position. Go through this motion as quickly as possible while maintaining a tight body.
