Julie's Contest Prep Online Program is for NATURAL ATHLETES that want to get REAL RESULTS!

**Highly recommended for those planning to compete.

The program is personalized and you will be interacting directly with Julie - not an assistant.      

  • Initial consultation to discuss your goals and help you with goal setting. We will discuss your strengths and weaknesses to determine what is possible for you.
  • Complete contest nutrition & supplement plans which can really make the difference for a physique athlete. Diet truly is 80% of your results. Don’t let all your hard work go to waste with a nutrition plan that is not right for you!
  • Workouts designed to take your training to the next level. I give you exactly what to do exercise-by-exercise, rep-by-rep. These workouts will be changed as you progress toward your goals and as your physique changes. We will bust through plateaus and take you to the best shape of your life!
  • Cardiovascular program to complement your training.
  • Regular progress tracking with photos and measurements so we can be sure you are on the right path.
  • Posing photo or video analysis and practice throughout our training program.
  • Recommendations about suits, shoes, stage make-up and tanning.
  • Consultation about which contest(s) would be best for you.
  • FULL final week details and a final week consultation to be sure that you are prepared for this pivotal week. I will take you through carb, sodium and water manipulation to bring your physique.
  • All program details will be structured around your contest time line.
  • Consistent motivation and support from someone that knows what it is like to compete.

Wow, my transformation's have been HUGE!!!! I started at 24% body fat i am now below 12% and dropping, I am just taken back that just by plugging in with Julie, and following her step by step system, that any one can change no matter where they are at! I have been able to do this starting 4 weeks after the birth of my daughter, and I have done most of my dramatic changing in the past 4 months with Julie and lost 44 pounds total since my daughters birth. Staying focused and having Julie be there when she said she would, has made all the difference.. just seeing all the beautiful woman she has helped inspires me everyday!!!

"I have battled my weight my entire life. I always considered myself the "fat friend". When my friends were sharing clothes, i was trading earrings and necklaces because they were the only thing that always fit. When i was at a pool or walking down a beach I always had shorts on over my bathing suit. I decided two years ago enough was enough and that I wanted to stop hiding.
