Initial consultation to discuss your goals and help you with goal setting. We will discuss your strengths and weaknesses to determine what is possible for you.
Complete contest nutrition & supplement plans which can really make the difference for a physique athlete. Diet truly is 80% of your results. Don’t let all your hard work go to waste with a nutrition plan that is not right for you!
Workouts designed to take your training to the next level. I give you exactly what to do exercise-by-exercise, rep-by-rep. These workouts will be changed as you progress toward your goals and as your physique changes. We will bust through plateaus and take you to the best shape of your life!

Regular progress tracking with photos and measurements so we can be sure you are on the right path.

There are lots of good things about Julie! To begin, she definitely knows her stuff. Also, she doesn’t hand out “cookie-cutter” diets and workout plans. She specifically tailors your plans to meet your needs. Additionally, Julie is always quick to answer my many, many questions.
