The Best Protein Bar Recipe...it's here! Check out the super simple FITBODY Healthy Protein Bars Recipe that you can make at Home!

I for one loving to save money.  And if I can do that in my kitchen, all the better.  Sure, you can purchase store bought protein bars for $3-$4 each but why spend money on stale bars that are packed full of low quality protein, fillers and inevitably loaded with sugar.  So many times, I have picked up what big companies want you to believe are 'healthy protein bars' or the latest chocolate protein bar just to be appalled by the nutrition information.  More sugar than a chocolate candy bar??? No thank you!  Without turning my oven on, I can make truly healthy protein bars that taste so much better than the store bought stuff and fill my body with the right nutrients and the best protein out there.

If you are ready, let's jump in.  It is time to make your own healthy protein bars at home with this awesome recipe that blends too of my favorite comfort foods, chocolate and peanut butter. With all of the nutrients and none of the junk, this DIY protein bars recipe make the perfect post-workout snack but is also ideal for a healthy after school snack your kids will love!  And we all know how difficult it can be to find a healthy snack that your kids will love.  Give these guys a try and be sure to fire me back your feedback.
