Brooke Mitchell

    Personal Information

    My name is Brooke and I am originally from Hopkinsville, KY. I began competing in gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance as a child and after 18 yrs of experience my passion for performing brought me to Nashville, TN where I became a Tennessee Titans Cheerleader for the 2002-2003 season. My athletic background and desire to help others lead me to study Exercise Science at Austin Peay State University. Graduating in 2004 with a B.S. in Exercise Science I have been a personal trainer for 6 yrs, training in both gyms and private in home settings. I have been competing in the NPC for 3 years and my goal is to become an IFBB Professional Bikini Competitor.

    I am also a freelance makeup artist. For the past 3 year, I have traveled in the southeast as a Lancome Makeup Artist working alongside National Makeup Artists. I love making people feel and look beautiful it is truly my passion and I am blessed to be able to do it everyday!
    Professional Associations include, American Red Cross CPR, AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor, NPC Figure Athlete and Competitor, and Tennessee Titans Alumni Association.

    What are your greatest fitness accomplishments so far?

    My greatest fitness accomplishment thus far would be placing 4th in the NPC Tennessee State Figure Competition and qualifying for Nationals.

    WHAT CHANGES HAVE YOU SEEN & WHAT HAS HELPED YOU MAKE THE TRANSFORMATION?

    I try to stay within 10 lbs of my competing weight, but every competition brings an even better transformation!  Many things help me make this transformation, but mainly having a great program from a great trainer!  Thanks Julie!

    What do you enjoy most about fitness?

    I enjoy everything about fitness, but I would have to say, most of all I enjoy weight training and the amazing way you can change and define your body!

    What are your fitness goals?

    My goal is to become a fitness model and a professional bikini competitor!

    What motivates you to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

    I am motivated to have a healthy lifestyle so I can be the best person I can be and help others achieve there personal fitness goals.

    What is the best part about working with Julie?

    Julie is wonderful!  Being a trainer myself I know the difficulties of designing and implementing programs!  She has given me the best workouts thus far!  I am so thankful to have the opportunity to work with Julie!!!

    What is the worst part about working with Julie?

    Nothing!

    Favorite 'diet' food:

    Egg whites and Oatmeal for sure!!!!

    I would recommend Julie for anyone who is ready to make a transformation and take there body to the next level!
