I am 47 years old, married, mother of 3 sons and a grandmother of 5! My husband is very supportive of my training and nutrition regimen (He will cut up my vegetables and makes my eggs – thank you!). He is also my photographer and takes my measurements! I am a General Manager of an oil company for the last 22 years.
My greatest fitness accomplishment is being able to stop using the scale as a measurement of success or failure. Now I only get on the scale when it is time to record all of my measurements. This is a big mental accomplishment for me!
I am excited to see the transformation I have made. I have lost inches and gotten tighter! This is progress I can see and feel. When you see and feel your body transforming, it is such a boost of self esteem and confidence. I could not have done this with out Julie!
There is so much to enjoy about being fit and living a fit, healthy life style. I feel so much better both physically and mentally. When you exercise and follow a healthy nutrition plan, you get so much of life. Not to mention more self discipline and self confidence.
My fitness goals for the future are to continue living a healthy and fit life style every day for as long as I can. I do this for myself and my family. I hope to be an inspiration to my grandchildren.
When I look in to a mirror and truly like what I see, this motivates me even more. What I have attained both physically and mentally through exercising and following a good nutrition plan has carried over to all other aspects of my life. Such as discipline, patience, interaction with others in the work place and in my personal life.

I feel like she could relate to me, as a woman and a person. Julie always had encouraging words and if a certain exercise or food was not right, she changed it. She if very knowledgeable on nutrition and training. I am so glad that I found Julie and became a member of team Fitbody. I could not ask for a better trainer or a nicer friend.
My favorite “diet” food is an easy question to answer. It is protein powder (Beverly International), almond butter mixed with cottage cheese! This is so good; it is such a treat for me!
Exercising and following a healthy nutrition plan is a life time journey. It is so worth the effort, dedication, and commitment.
