I am a 37 year old (soon to be) mother of 1! Currently I am a full-time student finishing up my Ph.D. in Sociology at the University of Kentucky. I also am a consultant for law enforcement agencies. I have always enjoyed both participating in and watching sports. I am a sports junkie!
Competing in two figure competitions. Just getting up on stage (since I am so shy) was a huge accomplishment for me!
I love seeing how I can change my body through diet and exercise. It is challenging, but so fulfilling.
