High Protein Breakfast Mix

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup of oats
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 2 packets of Splenda
    • 1/2 cup of Fat Free cottage cheese
    • 1 scoop Ultimate Muscle Protein

    Directions

    Prepare oats and cinnamon with water in microwave. Mix in cottage cheese, Muscle Provider and sweetener. Great warm, creamy, high protein breakfast.
