Jill Woolwine

    Personal Information

    I am 46 years old, married and mother of 3 boys. I have been training for years and have competed in shows in the past. I am passionate about staying active and I am glad to say that this passion has been instilled in my boys. It makes me very proud especially when I get a text from one of them about how much they lifted that day or other accomplishments that mean a lot to them! My husband and I hit the gym every morning before work and love to do outdoor training whenever the weather permits!

    What are your greatest fitness accomplishments so far?

    As I had mentioned, I have done shows in the past, but never have I looked or felt better than when I trained with Julie, at 46 years old! I won first place in figure in a recent show after completing my training program with Julie!  Awesome!

    WHAT CHANGES HAVE YOU SEEN & WHAT HAS HELPED YOU MAKE THE TRANSFORMATION?

    During the training program my body fat got down lower than I had anticipated and I leaned out more than I thought I would be able. I really think the endurance training got my legs looking better than ever. I love the endurance training as it builds muscle and burns calories at the same time. Much better than the dreaded cardio on the treadmill! Also, my diet didn’t really feel like a diet at all – cookies, seriously on a diet?!

    What do you enjoy most about fitness?

    The results and how it makes me feel!

    What are your fitness goals?

    To stay in the best possible shape as I get older!

    What motivates you to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

    The results I see, my family, and Julie!

    What is the best part about working with Julie?

    She is awesome and really knows what she’s doing. I like the fact that she is a woman and that she can relate to how we feel and the struggles we face – she gets it!  She can look at you and say “we need to change this or we need to change that” and when I make these changes I can see the results we were aiming for!

    What is the worst part about working with Julie?

    Seriously, this question does not apply!

    Favorite 'diet' food:

    Hands down – UMP chocolate chip cookies!

    Any other comments or anything else you would like to share?

    Doing this training program with Julie was the best experience of my life!  I have learned so much and have never looked or felt better. I highly recommend it to any women who have the desire to live a healthy life style! I cannot wait to start another program with Julie!
