This simple healthy parfait recipe combines peanut butter flavors with high quality protein powder to create a super simple 4 ingredient recipe that's easy and tasty too! It takes 20 minutes or less to create this decadent dessert parfait. It's a treat the whole family will enjoy!


Healthy Parfait Recipe Ingredients:

1 scoop Cookies & Creme Beverly Ultimate Muscle Protein  (UMP)
1 scoop Vanilla Beverly Ultimate Muscle Protein  (UMP)
1 TBSP Bell Plantation’s PB2
2 tsp Truvia
7 oz water (divided)

Recipe Directions:

  1. In small mixing bowl combine, Vanilla UMP, PB2, and 3oz water. Mix until smooth. 
  2. In separate mixing bowl, combine Cookies & Creme UMP, 2 TSP Truvia and 4 oz water.
  3. Mix until smooth. Layer the pudding in a serving dish/cup and place into freezer for 15-20 minutes to set. 
  4. Remove and try to breathe between bites.
