How long have you been training with Julie?
For 3 months in the Online Personal Training Program
What results have you seen in that time?
Drastic results. Since my first weigh in at home the day we started I have lost 25 fat pounds, lost 17 inches, gained lean mass, and lost 14% body fat! All that in 16 weeks so far!
What is the most difficult part of this process?
I think the most difficult part has been not eating the food at restaurants when we go out with family and friends or being on vacation at the beach in May and keeping to the Fitbody lifestyle. I did it though and felt great at the end of the week that I didn’t blow all my progress on vacation.
What has been the most rewarding?
The most rewarding part of the program is watching my body transform constantly….fat turning to muscle and muscle definition forming.
Why do you want to live a FITBODY Lifestyle? What motivates you?
The progress I have seen myself make physically and mentally motivates me further to live the Fitbody lifestyle. I know that the Fitbody lifestyle along with hard work is the main reason I am going to meet and exceed my goals.
What are your fitness goals?
I would love to continue to build muscle and strength train even when I am not competing. It feels great to be in the best shape of my life.
What are the best and worst parts about working with Julie?
I don’t think there is a worst part! I wish we lived closer to each other, but that is about it. The best part is having Julie as a lifeline through this journey. I always have her to lean on for advice and support. When I am feeling great she is there and when I want to quit she is there to encourage me and help me alter my routine. I love the tailored workout and nutrition plans she provides me. I also love that not once during this journey have I not felt deprived nutritionally.
What is your favorite healthy recipe or food?
I love grilled chicken or grilled shrimp fajitas. I use a low carb tortilla, guacamole, grilled onions, grilled yellow and red peppers, and then my meat.
