Ultimate Muscle Protein Mug Muffin

    Ultimate Muscle Protein Mug Muffin...Love this on the go treat from Team FITBODY’s Yvette Demming!

    Ingredients:

    1 scoop of Beverly Internationals Ultimate Muscle Protein
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    dash of vanilla and cinnamon
    1/4 c old fashioned oats 
    4 egg whites

    Directions:

    You can add more or less and dress it up with any fruit, nuts, all natural nut butters, pb2, carob chips, etc…. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients in a huge coffee mug then add dry ingredients slowly. Microwave up to 3 min but checked at 30 sec intervals after 1 minute. It WILL rise. Time will depend on your microwave and amount of eggs. Heat and take the mug on the go if you need too!  The Ultimate Muscle Protein Mug Muffin is a great out the door breakfast!
