Pumping Up

Before walking on stage, it is important to be warm and have some blood flow to your muscles.  When you normally workout in the gym, you will notice that with each exercise, your muscle looks and feels bigger.  Pumping up is specifically to give you a tighter, fuller look on stage.  Be sure not to over do it.  Excess sweat will wreak havoc on your tan and cause your makeup to run.  This workout should be done with in 20 minutes of going on stage.

For best results, take 6 GH Factor OR 6 Muscle Synergy as the Arginine in these products will give you a better pump and shuttle blood to your muscles more quickly.

Note:  DO NOT PUMP UP LEGS!  THIS WILL TAKE BLOOD FROM YOUR UPPER BODY CAUSE YOU TO LOOK SMALLER AT THE TOP.

Pump Up Routine – Use a moderate weight about 60% of usual.  Often you will have to make due with what is available.  If time does not allow for the full routine, perform one set of each exercise.
