I am married with 2 teenagers and a physician by profession.
WHAT THINGS HAPPENED THAT LED YOU TO WORKING WITH ME?
The year 2020 was challenging to everyone, I started the year already at a low place, I had a disc replacement surgery in my neck, prior to that I was doing cross fit and ran half marathons. I was too scared to return to any kind of workouts after the surgery and then when covid hit, my work got very stressful, all together put on a lot of weight and just got into a bad place, I was looking for a way out, but didn’t know where to start until I came across your online personal training for women.
WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST FITNESS ACCOMPLISHMENTS?
I recently placed 3rd in my very first bikini competition!!! I have had this goal in the back of my mind for so long, I am thrilled not only to have been on stage, but to have actually placed so well!
I’ve always loved running. I’ve run 3 marathons and plan to run more!
Total changes:
Lost 25 pounds
5 inches off her waist

With fit test:
Radha’s cardio endurance significantly improved during her 25 pound weight loss with her mile run going from 11:38 to start. At the end, she could run that same mile in 8:49!
Increase pushup strength from 7 to 20!!!
Increased flexibility by 4.5 inches and long jump by 2 inches as well!
With a lot of hard work and dedication, 42 Year old Radha has lost 25 lbs, dropped a number of inches, and saw progress weekly!
HOW DID YOU FIND OUT ABOUT JULIE LOHRE’S ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM?
It was a random search on pinterest, I was trying to find some workout challenges and Julie’s popped up.
WHAT UNIQUE CHALLENGES HAVE YOU FACED IN OUR 25 POUND WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY?
Keeping the motivation, I only thrive on external motivation, it was always hard for me to have that will power to push myself the extra mile on my own.
WHEN YOU FIRST CONSIDERED ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING, WHAT CONCERNS DID YOU HAVE?
I wasn’t sure if I would follow through with an online coaching program. I had tried online nutritional coaching in the past with no success. But reading Julie Lohre’s background and her fitness achievements made me trust her. It was clear that Julie knew what she were doing, so I decided to give it a shot.
TELL US THE SPECIFICS OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS TRANSFORMATION
I have to say first of all I am so thrilled and surprised that I even lasted this long on the program, all the diets/ programs I signed up in the past always lasted for a week or 2 weeks. But you made this easy to follow and when I started seeing changes that made me want more. In total I have made a 25 lb weight loss transformation but that’s not all. I gained muscle as I lost bodyfat and have several inches all over my body…I have Abs! Never thought I would say that… most impressive of all I can run a mile under 9min, I started at 11min 30 and now I can run 8min +
WHAT HAS BEEN THE HARDEST PART OF THIS JOURNEY?
I can’t really say there was anything that hard actually.
HOW DO YOU FEEL NOW THAT YOU HAVE MADE AN INCREDIBLE WEIGHT LOSS TRANSFORMATION? HOW HAS YOUR OUTLOOK ABOUT YOUR BODY AND YOUR LIFE CHANGED?
I feel great, I used to be a person who worked out only because I had to and totally hated it, but now I love working out, makes me happy.
WHAT SUPPLEMENTS DID YOU USE DURING THE PROCESS?
I took Fit Tabs, Lean Out, 7 Keto Musclean and Glutamine Select. I was always nervous about taking any supplements, I was reluctant initially, but I did my research and Julie always answered my queries about the Beverly International Supplements so that I felt comfortable.
WHAT IS THE BEST AND WORST PART ABOUT WORKING WITH JULIE LOHRE?
The best part is that Julie keeps it very engaging, she listens. If I didn’t like certain food or workouts etc, I didn’t feel judged. I think the worst part is not being able to train in person.
Fitness is 100% mental. Your body won’t go where your mind doesn’t push it.
