Hi Christine Reeb! Tell us a little about yourself.
I have been married for 21 years to Ron and we have 2 boys..Nick (17) and Andrew (13). I am a Registered Dietitian with a private practice in my hometown of Orchard Park. I love to be active and busy!
Before choosing Julie Lohre as your Online Personal Trainer, what did you try to help you reach your fitness goals?
I had always used diet and exercise as my weight loss/weight maintanence tools, however, I played with the macros of the diet…low carb, high fat, low calories, intermittent fasting…etc.
This time nothing was working because my metabolism was sluggish and not cooperating after all of the highs and lows of playing with diet.
How did you come to find Julie?
I first read about Julie online when I was searching for someone to help me prepare for a bikini show.
What were your fitness goals when you choose Julie Lohre as your online personal trainer?
When I first started this journey, my original plan was to get back up on stage for another competition.
About 4 months into the program, I realized how good I felt, how much energy I had, how good I was looking, and how much I did NOT need to step on stage again to prove weight loss to myself. It was a total epiphany!

What were your concerns when you first considered Online Personal Training?
My initial concern with an online personal training program was that I would not have that face to face accountability I thought I would need. I wasn’t sure how an online program would really help keep me accountable.
After reading and re-reading the reviews from Julie’s past clients, I decided that I could do it too. The clients seemed very satisfied and successful. That was all I needed to make the jump.

My progress since I started has been tremendous and life changing! I have dropped about 40 lbs and cut my body fat in half! I am essentially half the person I was when I started. My body does not look thin. It looks totally fit! And that was the look I wanted. I’m in better shape than many of the 20 and 30 somethings at the gym. And that is a direct result of the changing workouts that Julie provides. They are so well rounded!
What was the hardest part of your 6 month body transformation?
The hardest part my 6 month body transformation was keeping a positive outlook on those weeks that “something” came up. For example, when there was stress at work, when there was a week where I felt like I saw minimal body image changes despite the hard work, when I was sick…
And once I reached that 6 month body transformation and I lost 40 lbs, finding the focus again to continue with the journey can be a struggle.
How do you feel now about your fitness and your body?
I feel amazing! I feel like the old me! I actually feel better than the old me. This is definitely the best I have ever been mentally and physically. I never went a day “hangry” which was a total relief coming off calorie deprivation from past body building shows. I am my BEST me!!!
