Personal Information
I am a 58 year old mother of 2 girls and 1 granddaughter with another one on the way. I am an Administrative Assistant to a Vice President for a major manufacturing corporation.
I pitched slow pitch softball for over 20 years and actually had the opportunity to play on teams with both my girls before finally putting away the softball gloves.

"One day my grandchildren will be able to see that it’s never to late to embark on a new and exciting journey, no matter what your age."

What are your greatest fitness accomplishments?
Tranformation Info
Five years ago I was 30 pounds heavier. I decided a year ago I wanted to get in better shape and set a goal to prepare for a figure contest. Family support is critical when going through the training process. My husband, who is my biggest cheerleader, has been instrumental in preparing all of my meals leading up to the contest!
What are your fitness goals?
My fitness goals are to continue working hard to improve on areas of weakness identified during the first competition. It is really important to me that I maintain a healthy lifestyle and that I am a positive example for my daughters!
What do you love most about fitness?
The thing I find the most fascinating about this fitness and weight loss journey is the dedication and discipline it takes to reach your goal. Weight training and exercise have become a part of me. Competing in Masters Figure competitions is amazing... I love it! I didn’t realize there are so many different ways to exercise your body parts but Julie Lohre ddid an amazing job teaching me what I needed to do.

What is the best part about working with Julie?
I was searching online for some competition tips and ran across Julie Lohre’s website. I contacted her and she responded right away. She listened. She asked me my goals and what I was trying to accomplish. She immediately sent me training routines, diet and supplement suggestions as I progressed through the 12 weeks before the competition. Any questions I had she answered them right away. No question was too small or insignificant.
What is the worst part about working with Julie?
The worst part about working with Julie is that I have not had the opportunity to meet her in person.
