STEP 2:  JUMP IN & GET STARTED

If you choose one of my Workout Plans for Women, then you simply need to purchase the plan and download it. Follow the directions to take your starting photos and measurements. With your purchase, you will be automatically entered to win the one year supply of UMP Protein.

If you choose my Online Personal Training or Figure & Bikini Competition Prep Training, then you will email me directly to get the starting paperwork and to set up our initial phone call. Once we talk over the phone and determine that my program is the right match for you, you will make the program purchase through my store page. That automatically enters you to win the one year supply of UMP Protein.

STEP 3:  SHARE YOUR SUCCESS!

Your success is really important to me! I want you to see amazing changes and to reach your fitness goals. To give you just a bit more motivation, if you send me your week one and week 8 photos (before and afters) along with your fit test results, you will be entered for a second chance to win!

All of my online training clients are required to complete this step as part of our training.

How much is The FITBODY Challenge 2018?

Pricing for the challenge is included for FREE in the price of any of my programs, including Online Personal Training and any of my Workout Plans For Women.

Do I need a gym membership to participate?

Not necessarily. My Online Personal Training can accommodate a number of situations and scenarios from no equipment at all to a stocked home gym and beyond. Since you work directly with Julie, she creates your plans specifically for your body and what you have available.

Each of my Workout Plans For Women includes a section on their product page that outlines optimal setting for workouts so you may want to review them to see which one will best fit your needs.

How long does the contest run?

The FITBODY Challenge is open and initial entries take place from December 31, 2018 through January 13, 2019. Secondary entries including both before and after photos and fit test results should be submitted from 8 weeks after you begin your program and need to be in to Julie no later than Midnight March 18, 2019. The winner will be announced shortly after that.

Who is eligible to participate in the FITBODY Challenge?

This contest is open to any female who is at least 18 years or older.

Do I have to submit before and after photos?

While participation in the challenge does not require you to send before and after photos, they do give you a second entry chance in the contest to win Beverly International UMP Protein for a year.

Where do I send my photos & results for the FITBODY Challenge?

When you purchase an eligible program in the challenge, you may send your before/after photos and FITBODY Fit Test results to directly to Julie HERE Entries must be received before end of the challenge.

What are the photo requirements?

When you purchase an eligible program in the challenge, upon completion of the eight weeks simply submit three “before” and three “after” photos (one full-body photo from the front, one full-body photo from the side and one full-body photo from the back), wearing the same, or similar, outfit from the “before” photos to directly to Julie HERE

When do I send my before and after photos for the FITBODY Challenge?

You must send your before/after photos & FITBODY Fit Test between March 1, 2019 and March 18, 2019. Late submissions will not be accepted.
