Grr – Protein Granola Bars

Soft and chewy…just like a granola bar should be AND they’re chock-full-o protein. Enjoy on the go or as a decadent dessert.


  • Ingredients:
    2 Scoops Ultimate Muscle Protein – Vanilla
    1/3 Cup Water
    1 Cup of Quick Oats (Dry)
    1/4 TSP of Salt
    1/4 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
    1/2 Cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup
    2 TBSP Chocolate Chips to Taste
    Optional: Melted chocolate chips to drizzle overtop (not included in Nutrient Profile)

    Protein: 8 g
    Carbs: 14 g
    Fiber: 2 g
    Fats: 6 g

  • Directions:
    Combine water and UMP.
    Once mixed well add remaining ingredients.
    Line an 8x8in pan with parchment or wax paper. Spread mixture into lined pan.
    Place another sheet of parchment or wax paper over the top and press down so that mixture is evenly distributed along the pan.
    Place in freezer until mixture hardens.
    Once hardened cut into bars, drizzle with melted chocolate chips if you choose and ENJOY!
