After years of eating protein pancakes, I decided it was time to experiment and come up with the perfect recipe that tasted amazing, but was also super simple to make. I pulled out an old cookbook made for me by my mother-in-law and found her traditional pancake recipe. With just a few healthy tweaks, I came out with a real winner!
1 Scoops Vanilla Ultimate Muscle Protein
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 Egg Whites Pinch of Salt
Combine all dry ingredients.
Add egg whites and enough water to make a batter.
Spray skillet with Pam.
