Muscle and Fitness Hers- Beyond 300 Workout
This is a timed workout. Hit your stop watch at the beginning of the workout and let it run. Rest throughout the exercises as you need, just keep in mind, you are trying to complete the workout with great form in the shortest time possible.
Wide Grip Pull Ups – 25 Reps
One-Arm Clean & Press – 25 Reps per side
Box Jumps – 50 Reps
Lying Leg Raise with Dumbbells – 50 Reps
Romanian Deadlift – 50 Reps
Elevated Pushups – 50 Reps
Wide Grip Pull Ups – 25 Reps
