All online training and online contest prep programs begin with your first 8 week payment. Then, every 4 weeks your credit card will automatically be charged the 4 week renewal fee.
In the event your credit card is declined, Julie Lohre will inform you of this event and request a new credit card number. Please provide your new credit card number within 7 days so we can fulfill your order without you having to resubmit your order.
If your credit card is NOT updated within 7 days, your membership will be automatically canceled and you will have to re-join at the current rate.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged on the day you place your order for Online Training Services and will automatically re-occur every 28 days after the initial 8 week training.
Renewals will be charged every 28 days after the initial payment.
Canceling your Training Subscription
We require a 7 day notice, prior to your next billing cycle, to cancel your training renewal if you do not wish to be charged again. To cancel or if you have any questions, please contact Julie@JulieLohre.com
Please note that cancellations may take up to 7 days from receipt of your request to process. Once your cancellation has been processed, you will not be billed again and your cancellation will be effective immediately. As of the day of cancellation, you will no longer have access to coaching services.
No Refunds on Services and Online Training
There will be no refunds for any reason. All services sold by Julie Lohre and Julie Lohre’s FITBODY are sold without any guarantee. By making a purchase, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.
Online Personal Training
Julie Lohre’s FITBODY Online Programs are a service program where you work directly with Julie Lohre through email. If for any reason you need to cancel, please contact Julie@JulieLohre.com
By entering into an online training agreement with Julie Lohre, you confirm that you have full medical clearance from your doctor to take part in a physical activity program and have no medical concerns that would prevent you from exercising.
We have several digital products for purchase. Each digital product is non refundable. If you have any questions, please contact support at Julie@JulieLohre.com
Kindly note that all orders shipped from JulieLohre.com and FITBODY.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped.
