I’ve always loved running. I’ve run 3 marathons and plan to run more!

Lost 20 pounds

This journey has been life changing. I always went from one diet to another with no lasting results. Now, I’m healthier, and in the best shape of my life…at 49!
WHAT SUPPLEMENTS DID YOU USE DURING THE PROCESS?
So far, I have just used UMP. I love it with oatmeal, yogurt, or just blended up with ice! It’s a real treat!!
WHAT IS THE BEST AND WORST PART ABOUT WORKING WITH JULIE LOHRE?
The best part is that Julie figures out the nutrition and workouts to meet my goals! I would have never started if I had to calculate my diet and nutrition. I can then do the workouts on my time.
