SALES TAX: Due to state tax laws, we are required to charge local sales tax only in our home state of Kentucky.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from when the order is received provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are processed during regular business hours. PLEASE NOTE: Any order placed after 3:00pm Friday may be processed on the next business day.
If you order on a US Observed Holiday or 1-2 days before, expect a delay in shipping/packing during those times of 1-3 days.
Digital Downloads valid only for 14 days from purchase. Please download your items immediately.
You must download to your computer and save the file. After 14 days your link will expire.
For purchases including only a downloadable product, your file will be available for download as soon as your payment is processed through our cart system. Your download will arrive via an e-mail link from the shop. Please check your spam or junk filters if you have not received the items as described above.
There are no refunds on downloadable products. No exceptions. If you have any problems downloading, contact us as soon as possible so we can remedy the issue.
Q. Are you downloading on a computer?
The files are available for download and saving to your computer. While they are visible on tablets, phones etc upon download, they cannot be saved to those devices unless you use your mobile devices sync software (i.e. iTunes for apple devices)
A. Save to your computer. Open there or sync to your device from there.
Q. Do you have enough hard drive space on your computer -or- Did you allow for the files to completely download? The file sizes for the Downloadable Videos range from 300-600MB.
A. Be sure that you have space to download them and both are fully downloaded otherwise they may not open in your movie player of choice.
Q. Can you open MOV files? If you have quicktime or iTunes you should be able to open MOV files. Quicktime is a free download from link below.

Q. Why can’t I access it after 14 days?
A. We allow access for up to 14 days in case you are not able to download the file directly after purchase. You are free to save it to your computer as above and watch as many times as you like. While we’d love to offer the ability to just use our website to view it, that’s not the most efficient way for us to deliver it to you because of the heavy bandwidth that would cause on our system long term. Also, it would be inconvenient for you if you do not have internet access at the time you wanted to view it. So downloading it and saving it to your computer allows for uninterrupted viewing at whatever time and place you chose! 😀
IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE FILE OPEN IN A NEW WINDOW, YOU MAY NEED TO CHECK YOUR DOWNLOADS FOLDER TO SEE IF FILE HAS BEEN AUTOMATICALLY SAVED THERE
FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
1. Be sure to see if you received the email confirmation with the download link. It may have gone to your spam/junk filter.
2. If you did receive the email and were able to access the download page but have no luck in getting the link to open in your browser, it could be automatically saving to your downloads folder. You can check and see if it appears in the “downloads folder or saved files area? Sometimes browsers such as Internet Explorer or Safari take the link and automatically download the file without opening a new window.
3. If that did not work it could be that your browser settings/preferences have “popups” prevented. You can try disabling that and you should be able to download.
4. Some educational institutions or workplaces block downloads and may be the reason you cannot click the link to download.
If these steps do not resolve your problem please send us an email and we will get you taken care of right away.

FedEx Smart Post orders should arrive in 2-7 days after processing and are delivered Monday through Friday by USPS
2nd Day Air orders arrive by the end of the second business day after processing. (Not always offered)
USPS First Class orders should arrive in 4-14 days after processing.

Shipping Time — All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from when the order is received provided the product ordered is in stock. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Lohre Studios, LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping carrier or product availability.
In a case where your package arrives damaged, opened or destroyed, you must notify us within 2 business days of delivery via email at email@example.com with photographs of damaged or destroyed package. We also encourage you to contact the carrier immediately as well. We will remedy the situation to the best of our ability with the shipper.
We are not responsible for any losses, damage or theft after carrier receives package. Any lost packages or delivery delays must be addressed with the shipper unless our processing time caused any delays. If delay was caused by our processing time, we will remedy the situation to the best of our ability. If carrier causes delay, you must contact carrier to remedy the situation.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.
We currently do not ship to any countries outside of the US.
Shipping costs, package tracking and taxes/tarriff issues have made this process a very bad consumer experience in the past so we have discontinued international shipping. We appreciate your interest in our products and will update this page if our policy changes.
You may want to check with an Import/Export company in your locale to see if they can purchase on your behalf and complete the import for you.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Lohre Studios, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Lohre Studios, LLC signs them or not. Lohre Studios, LLC and it’s assigns reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 1-3 business days, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday.
However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will do our best to keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Damaged or defective items may be returned at any time.
Unused / Unopened physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. (60 days for Beverly International Products)
All items must be in new condition and unopened. Beverly International products carry a 100% money back guarantee up to 60 days.
For non defective or damaged returns, you are responsible for shipping the original and return shipping costs. If you received free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from your returned items total.
No refunds to credit or debit cards & paypal etc will be given.
DVD’s are not returnable but are available for replacement should a defect be encountered. DVD must be returned by sender in new condition and will receive a replacement at no cost. DVD’s which are deemed defective by customer are only eligible for replacement within 7 days of receipt of package.
There are no returns or refunds on Digital Downloads or PDF programs.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items that do not originate from a defect and items must be recieved before replacement or refund is issued.
All Services are non refundable, including Online Training Programs, Contest Prep Training Programs, Team Programs, Mock Competitions and any other training services Julie Lohre provides.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Lohre Studios, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Lohre Studios, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Lohre Studios, LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
