Find out why these protein pancakes find their way to my breakfast table almost every morning – whether loaded with strawberries as I am sitting on my back patio with a cup of steamy coffee or rolled up and on the go as I am heading out on the road. This high protein breakfast option is incredibly tasty, super easy to make and perfect for cooking up the night before when you have to be out early the next morning. 2 Scoops Ultimate Muscle Protein
Flavor of your choice.
3 egg whites
1/4 cup oatmeal (dry)
(You can sub 1/4 cup Kodiak Cakes High Protein Pancake Mix Here)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Enough water to make a batter consistency
Protein: 53 g
Carbs: 17 g
Fats: 8 g
Mix oatmeal with 1/4 cup water and microwave for 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients and add water to batter consistency.
Spray skillet with Pam.
Cook in a skillet until bubbles form on the top and then flip.
Top with sugar free syrup or berries.
