1 scoop Beverly Chocolate Ultimate Muscle Protein
3/4 cup canned unsweetened Pumpkin
2 cups Liquid Egg Whites
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 TBSP Almond Flour
10 drops liquid Stevia
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Unsweetened Cocoa
Mix together and pour in an 8×8 Pyrex Glass dish first sprayed with Pam. (I mix my ingredients in a blender just because it’s easy)
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean! This can be done in either a square pan or individual cups.
Cut into 4 yummy squares or enjoy one cup.
