Targeting the abdominals and core, this exercise is completed on the ground or on a bench with the barbell overhead in a “bench press” position while your legs are extended in a hollow body position. To complete one rep of this exercise, you curl your legs inward towards your chest from the starting position and return back to outstretched legs. Repeat and set a rep scheme for a complete core and six pack workout!
