Our virtual personal training programs all starts with a simple email. Email me at Julie@JulieLohre.com and tell me a little about yourself and your long term fitness goals. Once I receive your email, I will send you some initial paperwork for you to fill out. Complete the paperwork and send that back to me along with photos that show your current conditioning.
Once I have your initial paperwork and photos, it is time to set up our consultation phone call. Before I become your virtual fitness coach, I want you to be sure that we are a good match and to answer 100% of your questions. Plus it helps me get to know you better! You never have to make a payment before we talk over the phone!
Since every woman I work with in my virtual personal training program is unique, I create training and nutrition programs that are specific to your body and your needs. Within 24-48 hours, I will send you off your first programs along with a ton of info... My FITBODY Online Training Handbook, my FITBODY Fitness Journal and the Progress Tracking sheet to start. There is a lot of info as we first begin, but DON'T WORRY! You are working directly with me and I will be here to answer every question you have.

With social media being over run by ‘fitness gurus’ that love showing off their body for vanity likes, it can be difficult to tease out who is actually going to help YOU achieve YOUR GOALS.
