How does Online Fitness Coaching Work?

Your first step takes less than 2 minutes.
My online fitness coaching directly with me starts by completing the Coaching Application below. This will send a message directly to me where you share more about you and your long term fitness goals.
Within 24 hours (usually within 20 mins!), I will personally email you back with all of the details. From there, I will send you a more in depth consultation form and you will send photos that show your current conditioning. These do not have to be fancy and you can trust that I am the only one the will see your photos. Everything we do is completely confidential!

Once I have your initial consult info and photos, it is time to set up our consultation phone call. Before I become your online fitness coach, I want you to be sure that we are a good match and to answer 100% of your questions. Plus it helps me get to know you better!

I build your personalized plan
Since every woman I work with in my FITBODY Lifestyle Coaching is unique, I create training and nutrition programs that are specific to your body and your needs. Within 48 hours, I will have your initial plans ready and sent out to you. You’ll receive your first training and nutrition plans and supplement suggestions along with a ton of info... My FITBODY Online Training Handbook, my FITBODY Fitness Journal and your Progress Tracker There is a lot of info as we first begin, but since you are working directly with me, I will be here to answer every question you have.

Expert direct coaching... You will be working DIRECTLY with me.
That's right! No assistants, no online apps, no being handed off to less experienced coaches who might do online fitness and nutrition coaching as a side hussle.
When you email, your update, or questions, I will be responding. In our online nutrition and fitness training program, I will show you exactly what to do to get results that last. No more guesswork about which exercises to do or what kind of diet you should follow. Oh, and I WANT your feedback. I hope you are ready, because you and I are going to be a team.

Accountability & support
Accountability matters, especially with online fitness & nutrition coaching. If you choose to work with me, I am the kind of coach that will hold you accountable while making sure you feel supported in the process. Every 2 weeks you will send me photos and measurements that show your conditioning.
But most importantly, I want to hear how you are feeling, the things that are working for you and of course the things that are not working. We will compare those side by side to really understand how you are progressing. I then take all of that info and make changes to your programs to keep us moving in the right direction.
Additionally, every month we will also complete the FITBODY Fit Test so I can see how your overall health and fitness are changing too. Strength, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning... all of those physical indicators to be sure you are getting fitter on the inside and not just hotter on the outside.

Personalized Workouts

Workouts designed to take your training to the next level and to help you get fit whether you train at home or a gym. As an online fitness coach, I give you exactly what to do exercise-by-exercise, rep-by-rep. I create expertly designed workout plans will be changed as you progress toward your goals and as your body changes. We will bust through plateaus and take you to the best shape of your life in sustainable way.
Custom Nutrition Plans

It's true! Diet really is 80% of what it takes to really achieve a lean and fit body, especially for women over 40. As your nutrition coach online, I will create for you complete diet plans specifically customized to your needs. Calorie ranges, macronutrient breakdown, meal timing, all of the critical info so that your diet is perfectly aligned with your goals. And of course, that changes as your body changes!
Accountability

It's not enough to be handed workout and diet plans if there is no accountability. As your female fitness trainer, you will literally be emailing with me all the time. I will be your cheerleader, your biggest supporter and when you need it, the one that provides just the kick in the pants you need. I WANT YOU TO SUCCEED and it is my job to make sure that happens! Fit Test & Measurements

Throughout our virtual fitness journey, you will see some pretty incredible changes and we are going to document those with each step. Every 2 weeks you will be taking physical measurements and sending me photos then every 4 weeks, we will complete the FITBODY Fit Test which helps us understand some key measures of health and fitness. Strength, flexibility, cardio endurance... all of the things a woman needs to be healthy and fit on the inside too!
Supplements for Women

Once your training and nutrition are in great places, then supplements can make all the difference. Throughout our online fitness coaching, I will provide for you real, no nonsense advice about the best supplements for women. Whether your goal is to lose weight, to gain muscle & strength, or both, you will get the advice you need. I guide you through the process so that you don't waste your time and money on supplements and protein powder that you don't need!

Hi Julie! I just wanted to tell you how good I have been feeling. I love the foods. They make me full and I look forward to each meal. I never feel starving which now I see is what probably led to my binges all along. Some of the foods are trigger foods for me but I have learned how to enjoy the portion and move on knowing I will get it tomorrow.
