Healthy Pumpkin Latte with Ultimate Muscle Protein
So, I love a good pumpkin spice latte but don’t love what the high calorie, sugar-laden drink does to our bodies.
If you were looking to indulge in this treat from Starbucks, you would be looking at a whooping 390 cals and 50 grams of sugar. SERIOUSLY?!?!
😱 Here is the nutritional info on the Starbucks Grande (16 oz) Pumpkin Spice Latte 🤦🏻♂️
Calories: 390
Fats: 14 g
Carbs: 52 g (literally 50 from sugar and NO fiber)
Protein: 14 g (ok, at least there is some protein here)
After the initial caffeine and sugar rush wear off, you will be left feeling sluggish, have a huge sugar crash, and more likely to reach for a salty snack to offset the sweet. Bleh!
The good news is, you have options. Healthy options. The kind that still allow you to enjoy a tasty seasonal treat without all of the negatives. With the release of the new Beverly International Collagen Peptides, I have been wanting to balance in some awesome collagen peptides with one of my go-to latte recipes. Here is what my mad kitchen skills have delivered (don’t tell my husband I said I have mad kitchen skills… he may fall on the floor laughing 🤣🤪
Julie’s Healthy Pumpkin Latte with Collagen
- 1 cup Brewed Coffee of your choice
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 TBSP UMP Protein (I prefer vanilla for this recipe)
- 1 scoop Beverly International Collagen Peptides
- 1 cup Water (you can sub in almond milk for a creamier drink)
- 1 TBPS Flax Seed
- Sprinkle of Pumpkin Pie Spice
Combine all in a blender and blend until smooth. Microwave to heat drink to desired temperature. Top with pumpkin pie spice sprinkle and enjoy!
A WAYYYY HEALTHIER Nutritional Breakdown:

Hope you love this one as much as I do!!!
