I have a few injuries. Can I still do these workouts plans for women?Yes! If you have injuries that you are working around, you will just need to sub out exercises that don’t feel right for your body or you are not able to do. There are almost always modifications that can make an exercise work better for your body. Always check with your doctor before beginning this or any exercise program.
Do I need special equipment to complete these workout plans for women?Most of my workout programs include exercises that involve some equipment. With the Strength Training program in particular, I anticipate that you will complete the workouts in a gym or well equipped home gym environment. That said, with a few modifications and some modest equipment, you should be able to complete most of my training plans at home.If you are training exclusively at home or with very limited equipment (just bands, balls and a few dumbbells) then my Fitbody At Home workout plan will be the best choice for you!
Are the FITBODY Workout Plans for Women really just for women?I designed specifically this plan for women. The training and cardio plans work best for a woman's body and unique needs. That said, a man could certainly follow the plan and have great success. In fact, many of the women that see the best results complete this program along with their husband or boyfriend.
How does this plan differ from Julie Lohre's Online Personal Training?This plan is an immediately downloadable e-plan created for women with the specific goal of losing body fat at the fastest rate possible. It provides you a step-by-step blueprint toward your goals, but does not include personal support. In my online training program, you work directly with me where I create programs that are specifically customized for your individual body and needs and I am by your side for both accountability and questions throughout your entire program.

What is a good workout schedule for a woman?
While there is no one-size-fits-all workout schedule that works for every woman, as everyone's fitness goals, level of fitness, and daily schedules differ. However, here's a general guideline for a good workout schedule for women:
Strength Training - Resistance or weight training is critical for women as it helps build and maintain lean muscle mass, has a positive impact on bone density, improve overall metabolism, and creates an environment where your body burns more calories even at rest. As part of my FITBODY Workout Plans for Women, you will be strength training 4-5 times per week depending on the program and your experience level.
Cardiovascular Endurance - Aerobic activity is important for both your heart health and for losing or maintaining bodyfat levels. As part of the FITBODY Workout Plans for Women, you will include between 75 - 150 mins of cardio each week broken down into sections. If your goals are weight loss related, your cardio will be higher than if you are looking to build muscle or gain weight.
Stretching and Flexibility - No comprehensive workout plan for women would be complete without working to improve flexibility. As part of these elite plans, I encourage you to include time for yoga or stretching each week as a means to mitigate injuries, improve posture, and help you relax.
